RAL 7039 is a period house belonged to the Torri’s family for several generations. The last dwelling was Aunt Irene and it is to you that we dedicate this adventure. In 2014 he began the recovery of the building by the Architect Alessandro Torri with the aim of reviving the family home. The renovation has brought back the beautiful stone of the Conero visible on the façade and inside, which enriched with well-defined inserts rooms for guests. Some limestone present on the walls tend to pink, date back to an ancient quarry now exhausted. The whole house has been made safe by following the anti-seismic regulations and for this reason the original wooden ceilings have been restored with modern woods. The floors are mostly in cementitious resin, a design solution and refinement. Bathrooms are spacious and modern. The color research has wanted to play on palette that nature offers us: the different colors of the Conero stones, from the cliffs, the pebbles along the beach, have inspired a harmony of natural colors found in every detail. RAL 7039, predominant color of the house, is a code used in architecture that is a gray clay, the same nuance wet clay in this sea along the cliffs of Mount Conero. The rear facade of the house overlooks a small secret garden, from which you can see the sea and you can relax by reading a book and sea breeze.
